I am Zak Morris, a 14-year-old entrepreneur from the UK. I started my website, Tutorial Agency, on the 14th of January, 2017. Tutorial Agency is a website where students and adults alike can find online tutorials for a variety of subjects. I came up with the idea for the website after struggling to find useful online tutorials myself. I wanted to create a platform where people could easily find and listen, read and watch tutorials.
It was a warm day in early spring when the man first disappeared. He had been out for a walk, enjoying the fresh air and the first signs of new life after a long winter. Suddenly, he felt a strange tingling sensation all over his body and the next thing he knew, he was floating up into the air. He tried to cry out, but no sound came from his mouth. He could see the earth getting smaller and smaller below him until it was just a blue and green sphere, and then he was surrounded by darkness. The man had no way of knowing how much time had passed, but eventually he began to feel weightless and at peace. He floated there in the darkness for what felt like a lifetime, until suddenly he was aware of a bright light. He squinted as he was pulled towards the light, and the next thing he knew he was back on earth. He looked around, confused and disoriented, until he realized that he was in the same spot where he had disappeared. But everything was different. The trees were taller, the grass was a different colour, and there was a strange buzzing sound all around him. He started to walk forward, but he had only taken a few steps when he was surrounded by a group of people. They were all staring at him, pointing and shouting, and he couldn’t understand a word they were saying. He tried to speak to them, but his voice was just a croak. Suddenly, he felt dizzy and the world started to spin. He felt someone catch him just before he lost consciousness. When he woke up, he was in a strange bed in an even stranger room. There were machines beeping all around him and people in white coats scurrying about. He tried to sit up, but he was too weak. A woman came over to him and spoke to him in a language he didn’t understand. But somehow, he knew that she was saying that he had been asleep for a very long time. 1,000 years, to be exact. The man couldn’t believe it. 1,000 years had passed since he had last been on earth. He wondered what had happened to the world in that time. The woman told him that he was the only one who had survived the cryogenic sleep chamber. The others had all died. He was the only one who had made it. The man was confused and scared, but the woman assured him that he would be taken care of. The next few days were a blur as the man was slowly introduced to the new world. He met new people, saw new sights, and learned about the changes that had taken place in the world during his sleep. He was amazed by the advances in technology, but he also felt a deep sadness for all the loss that had happened in the world during his absence. Eventually, the man began to adjust to his new life. He made new friends, found a job, and started to build a new life for himself. But he always wondered about the past and what had happened to the world during the 1,000 years he was gone.
